According to sources, she was last seen by her father on Friday morning on her way to school. She told him she would see him later, as usual, but never returned home.

When school time came and passed without a sign of her, the family called the police and reported her missing. However, despite the extensive search that followed, she wasn’t found until three days later.

The Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office confirmed she’d been found beneath the bleachers of her school — Pioneer High — but they don’t suspect any foul play.

Addressing the public, The Ann Arbor Police, who took over her case since they’re closer to the crime scene, said, “It is important to stress that there were no visible signs of foul play when officers located Adriana, and we do not believe there is an active threat to our community.

However, we have a responsibility to protect the privacy of Adriana and her family, and we are committed to maintaining the integrity of the investigation.”
