A young woman is desperately on the run after South Dakota courts handed her abusive father full custody of her.

According to the victim, Macy Northcutt, about two years ago, her unidentified father was allegedly arrested and sentenced to three months in prison for hitting her, her younger sister, and their mother.

However, upon his return, her mother filed for divorce, and the courts decided that her abusive father was the best candidate to take her despite his history— sadly, just like in the case of Allan Kasenoff.

Nonetheless, to try and spare her life, Macy reminded the judge — Matt Brown — of her father’s past, and he told her that that’s what it is — a past, a history. As a result, she felt she had no choice but to reach out to other social services who disappointed her by telling her that her father’s lawyer, Pat Myers suggested that she should be sent to a reunification camp under Linda Gottlieb — a woman who believes that children who claim to be abused by their parents are lying. With that in hand, she had no choice but to run away.

As we speak, she is sharing her story from a safe house and hopes that someone listens to her. At the moment, her Tiktok videos have gone viral and even gained the attention of dedicated domestic abuse fighters like Robbie Harvey, who once spoke against the injustices imposed on Catherine Kasenoff by her husband Allan and family courts. I hope someone hears her cry and she doesn’t become another statistic.
